Terms & conditions

The small print, kept as small as possible. These terms apply when you buy from this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This shop is run by ART Digital Media Limited, trading as CTRLALTDEL, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15238913), registered office Suite #265, 4 Blenheim Court, Peppercorn Close, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE1 2DU.

Email: hello@ctrlaltdel.life. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices.

2. Our products

Every item is printed to order by our print partner. We show each design as accurately as we can, but colours on screen vary from device to device, and printed colours can differ slightly from the photos. Mockup images show how a design sits on a garment and may not match the exact placement or size on every product size.

Limited editions are made in the numbers stated. When they're gone, they're gone, and the design is retired.

3. Ordering and payment

• Prices are in pounds sterling and include everything except delivery, which is shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. Our contract with you starts when your payment is confirmed and your order confirmation is shown.
• You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• If we can't fulfil your order (for example, an item is no longer available from our print partner), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
• Pricing mistakes: if we've made an obvious error in a price, we'll contact you and either ask whether you want to go ahead at the correct price or cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery costs and typical times are set out on our delivery & returns page. Estimated times aren't guaranteed, but if your order is significantly late we'll help sort it out. The goods become your responsibility once they're delivered to the address you gave us.

5. Cancelling and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. How to do it, who pays postage and when you'll be refunded are explained on our delivery & returns page.

6. Faulty goods and your legal rights

We're required by law to supply goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty, damaged or misprinted, contact us and we'll put it right as described on our delivery & returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For more information about your rights, contact Citizens Advice.

7. Our designs

All designs, text and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Buying a product gives you the right to own and wear it; it doesn't give you the right to reproduce the design.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we don't comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our failing to do so, but not for losses that weren't foreseeable. We supply our products for personal use only, so we're not responsible for any business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

10. The legal bit

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. We may update these terms from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one shown here when you placed it.
