Delivery & returns

Everything is printed when you order it, which is good for the planet and slightly slower than a warehouse. Here's how it works, and what to do if something isn't right.

Delivery

• Where we deliver: UK addresses only, for now.
• Cost: £3.99 per order, or free when your order is £40 or more. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.
• Printing: your items are printed to order by our print partner, usually within 2–5 working days.
• Delivery time: once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. Total time from order to door is typically 5–12 working days.
• Emails: we email you when your order is confirmed, and again when it ships, with a tracking link where the courier provides one.
• Several items: items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, email us at hello@ctrlaltdel.life with your order number and we'll chase it or send a replacement.

Changed your mind? Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. For an order that arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when the last one arrives.

1. Tell us within those 14 days by emailing hello@ctrlaltdel.life with your name, order number and the items you want to return. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to.
2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to the address below. You pay for return postage when you've changed your mind, so use a tracked service: the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
3. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items (or proof you've sent them, if that comes first), to your original payment method. The refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid. If only part of an order comes back, we refund that part.

Items should come back unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. You can handle them as you would in a shop to check size and fit, but if an item has been worn or used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect its reduced value.

Wrong size? Returning an item because it doesn't fit counts as changing your mind, so the steps above apply. We can't swap sizes directly, because every item is printed individually: return it for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted?

If something arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or not as described, that's on us, not you. Email hello@ctrlaltdel.life within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery, whichever you prefer. We usually won't need the item back; if we do, we'll pay for the postage.

These promises sit alongside your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which they don't replace or reduce.

Please include your order number with anything you send, so we can match it up.
